Return & Refund Policy

Xylopin Cabinet Studio provides custom-built products and project-specific services. Because each item is made to order, this policy differs from standard retail return conditions.

Custom Orders

• Approved custom designs are non-returnable once fabrication starts.
• Deposits may be non-refundable after procurement of materials and shop scheduling.
• Any change requests after approval may require variation pricing and timeline updates.

Defects and Remedial Works

If workmanship or material defects are identified, notify us in writing within 7 days of installation. We will review and, where confirmed, arrange rectification in line with project warranty terms.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only where required by consumer law or where explicitly stated in a signed project agreement. Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method.
